loadbang, a chamber group building a new kind of music for mixed ensemble of trumpet, trombone, bass clarinet, and baritone voice, is this year's Stucky Residency for New Music Ensemble. Join us on Friday for Composers' Forum and an evening concert with the ensemble! Midday Music on Thursday features a collaboration with NYS Baroque Young Artists.

Tacet(i) Ensemble from Thailand visits Cornell this week as part of the CCA Biennial project, "Extended Instruments and Global Sounds," featuring collaborations with department faculty, composers, and the Gamelan Ensemble. Plus, Ensemble X returns with music spanning from the 1920s to the 2020s, and there are several opportunities to learn more about the organ from presentations and a recital.
